About Douglas County EDA

Building our Future through Economic Sustainability

In 2016, a group of community partners and economic developers came together to establish a strong community and future for Douglas County.

These leaders invested their capital and time to hire Avalanche Consulting and advise on the creation of the plan. Together, they established a group called Douglas UnitE3: Envision, Engage, Energize — a partnership that implements the objectives of the county's strategic plan and ensures the community progresses on a path of economic sustainability.
